LKS Lodz has fans especially in the city itself while Widzew also has many fanclubs outside Lodz. The nicknames of the clubs are Red Army for Widzew and Knights of the Spring or Galera Warriors for LKS. There's a strong hate between the fans and hooligans fight on the streets on matchdays.
