After a 2 matches decision when Coritiba won the first leg by 2x0 and lost the second one by 2x1, Coritiba conquered its 33rd State Title against its archi-rival.
As the match was played in Atletico´s field, they didn´t allow the cup being awarded to the State Champion, Coritiba, due to the huge rivalry and causing a situation of very bad fair play.
